Dr. Michael Maranan Launches Four Books to Inspire Future Entrepreneurs
Business mentor “Mentor Mike” shares lessons from business, leadership, customs brokerage and personal development in four new titles launched in Quezon City.

LOOK: Business mentor Dr. Mike Maranan, also known as “Mentor Mike,” launched four books on July 21, 2026 in Quezon City, sharing lessons drawn from his experience in business, leadership, customs brokerage and personal development.
The titles include From Eight to Infinity: Secret Stories and Lessons from the Life of Dr. Mike Maranan, Confessions of a Licensed Customs Broker, The Business That Fits You, and Ang Negosyong Swak Sa’yo.
“It’s better to have guidance and learn from the mistakes of others so you can avoid making the same ones.”

Actor Jay Manalo, who attended the launch, praised Maranan’s guidance as he explores plans to venture into the food business.
Maranan said many aspiring entrepreneurs—including celebrities—often enter businesses without identifying those that truly match their strengths.
“Many celebrities have the resources, but they don’t always know what business is right for them. In the end, some businesses fail and eventually close,” he said.
He added that proper guidance can help entrepreneurs avoid costly mistakes.
“It’s better to have guidance and learn from the mistakes of others so you can avoid making the same ones,” Maranan said.
The books aim to make practical business knowledge more accessible through real-life experiences, strategies and lessons that readers can apply to their careers and entrepreneurial journey.
The titles will be available through Mentor Mike’s official online platforms, with releases on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada to follow.
